Avoid! Do NOT BUY anything from B/AThey had a rep for making good quality parts... but when there is an issue their idea of customer support is one of the most asinine pathetic spewing of absolute BS I've seen re automotive parts (And I've been dealing with such for many decades). The BS spewed by B/A wasn't even a basic CS agent as you may think but it was rather a senior manager with his head firmly up his rear. Not only did they not even do basics like lot/date of production etc to investigate the failure at all. They tried to deny warranty entirely for beyond lame excuses. So.. be warned.. doesn't matter what part B/A makes their epic level failure for customer support is at this point FATAL and I will be sending them an invoice for replacement costs.. and if they don't pay it then it will go to court. Their blatant disregard for the Masnesson-Moss warranty act as well is beyond shameless.(I'll be doing a full article detailing this soon as well to expose their pathetic actions in full detail)
